We offer test preparation services, specifically for the SAT and ACT, as well as college consulting services. Our offerings are accessible to individuals of all ages and from any geographical location.

3. Cancellation Policy / User Responsibilities

Users are required to notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellation to avoid being billed for the scheduled services.

4. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights pertaining to our website and the educational resources therein are owned by us. Users are permitted to utilize our content for their individual, non-commercial purposes.

A refund may be provided if a client expresses dissatisfaction via phone call or email to our admins within 48 hours after their initial session. However, if the client proceeds with additional tutoring sessions, the opportunity for a refund is forfeited. Purchased hours may be reassigned to acquaintances or family members.

For any concerns or disputes, please contact our support team. We utilize an arbitration process for handling disputes.
